· herbs can support the immune system

Herbs for
mind and body
Herbs balance
the mind and emotions. Herbs can be chosen to be:
· relaxing
· anti-depressant
· anti-anxiety
· sedative
Herbal
treatment
Aims to balance systems in the body. It does not try to just clear symptoms.
Symptoms are a sign that something isout of balance. Treating the imbalances
which cause the symptoms means shorter treatment times. For example, HRT
may be taken for years to avoid hot flushes. Herbs are taken for a few
months until the body is in a new state of balance. Then the herbs are
not needed.
Rose:
sometimes used for hormone balancing or to make one feel calmer and uplifted,
or to support the liver
