FOOD FOR HEALTH

You are what you eat. Every cell in your body is hungry for vital nutrients which are only available from the foods you eat, or from your supplements.

You can eat enough to be fat, but still have cells which are starving for minerals such as magnesium or zinc.

A lot of modern food is high in calories, but low in nutrients. Also, the body has to use nutrients to process such foods, which causes more deficiencies.

You need minerals in sufficient dose, and in balance, to enhance vitality.

A lot of food today cannot fill you with health and vitality.
