Herbal treatment for PMS
This is a condition which needs a great emphasis on detoxification. In the latter part of the month the hormone levels are rising and the body needs to break down the hormones for elimination from the body.

Herbal treatment would be aimed at the liver, kidney and lymphatic systems, but would also work on a hormonal level. Using a detoxifying approach can give rapid relief to symptoms, but hormone balancing takes place over a few months.

Nutritional treatment for PMS
This would cover a dual approach with diet and supplements. Correcting nutritional imbalances can enable to body to restore hormonal imbalances. This may not be sufficient without herbal support.
